These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of Jobs That Sponsor (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cthe Site\u201d), including the free content, the paid subscription, and any one-off services we offer. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the service is
Jobs That Sponsor provides hand-researched information about companies that sponsor work visas (including H-1B, TN, and O-1), along with related guides, tools, and data. The paid subscription gives access to the full hiring list, curated lists, and related content hosted on our membership platform.
This is informational research, not a guarantee. Inclusion of a company on any list is not a promise or guarantee that the company will sponsor a visa for you or any other specific individual. Sponsorship decisions are made entirely by employers, based on their own criteria, timing, and business needs — factors we don't control and can't predict for any individual case. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or staffing agency, and nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use this site. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription plans and billing
The paid plan is billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise at checkout) at the price shown at signup.
Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Charges will appear on your statement under the descriptor [billing descriptor, e.g. "JOBSTHATSPONSOR.COM"] — please check for this before disputing a charge as unrecognized.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, directly from your account. When you cancel:
Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
You keep full access to paid content until the end of your current billing period — cancellation is not immediate removal of access.
No partial-period access is added or extended beyond what you've already paid for.
5. No refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, in full or in part, for any billing period, including if you forget to cancel before a renewal, use the service for only part of a billing period, or are unsatisfied with the content. This applies to both the recurring subscription and any one-off services purchased through the Site. You can always cancel to prevent future charges — see Section 4 above.
6. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at [support email address] before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved directly and faster this way.
By agreeing to these Terms and completing a purchase, you acknowledge the no- refund policy in Section 5 and agree that a chargeback filed for a payment that was properly authorized under these Terms (i.e., not fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method) is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access to the Site immediately upon receiving such a chargeback, without further refund or credit.
Contest the chargeback with our payment processor using evidence including your acceptance of these Terms, account access logs, and delivery of the content or service purchased.
Decline to provide future access to anyone with an outstanding or abusive chargeback history on this Site.
None of this applies to genuinely fraudulent or unauthorized charges — if someone else used your payment method without permission, that's a legitimate dispute and you should contact your card issuer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Share your paid account credentials with anyone who hasn't paid for access. Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any paid content, in whole or in part.
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or overburden it.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the hiring list, curated lists, guides, and templates — is owned by Jobs That Sponsor or its licensors and is provided for your personal use only. You may not republish, redistribute, or use it to build a competing product or service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current at all times — companies change their sponsorship practices without notice, and we update the lists on a best-effort basis, not in real time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobs That Sponsor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including any job or visa outcome. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, including the chargeback provisions in Section 6.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
